CLIFFORD D. “SKIP” PHILLIPS
Clifford D. “Skip” Phillips, 86, of Otho, died Thursday, March 25, 2021, at the Marian Home.
Family interment services will be held at a later date at Callender Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
Skip is survived by his wife of 65 years, Nancy; children, Shelly (Dan) Hearn, and Tracy Phillips, of Fort Dodge; grandchildren, Corey (Emily) Hearn and Lindsay (Marcus) Alstott; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and six siblings.
Clifford D. Phillips, the son of Elmer and Grace (Foster) Phillips, was born October 6, 1934, at Kalo. On April 21, 1956, Clifford was united in marriage to Nancy Aeling in Coalville. Skip was employed in the maintenance department at Georgia Pacific for 44 years and retired in 1995.
