DIANE ADAIRE

Diane Adaire, 77, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, December 6, 2020, at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Cremation rites will take place with Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A celebration of Diane’s life will be held at a later date.

Diane is survived by her husband Tom Filloon; their children, Jodi Paulsen, Colorado; April Kelley, Dakota City; Shelly Paulsen, Ankeny; Thomas Gene Filloon, Travis Filloon and Tamara Augustine; 17 grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and her siblings, Lori (Larry) Baldus, Lake Ozark, Missouri; Pam Sinnwell, Johnston; and Ann and Eric, both of Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn, her twin brother Dennis Carlson, her sister Vicki Nahnsen, her mother Ardene Pingel and stepfather Vern Pingel.

Diane was born August 15, 1943, at Manson. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. In 1983, Diane was united in marriage to Tom Filloon. Diane worked at Midwest Vision Center and volunteered at Opportunity Village in Fort Dodge. When the couple lived at Lake of the Ozarks, she worked at Evergreen at the Lake of the Ozarks. Diane enjoyed reading and especially treasured her grandchildren.
