POCAHONTAS — Michael J. Malecek, age 69, of Pocahontas, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at his home in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Funeral services are 1:30 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at the Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Father Craig Collison officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas, Iowa. A come and go visitation is from 4 to 6 PM on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa. Face masks and social distancing are required.
