ROCKWELL CITY — Joan W. (Carlson) Stumpf, age 88, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at her home in Rockwell City. Private Family Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2020 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Rockwell City, with Fr. Lynn Bruch officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial. A Public Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Church, followed by a Private Family Visitation until service time. Those attending the visitation and service are asked to wear masks and observe social distancing. Burial of casket will be at St. Francis Cemetery. Memorials may be left to St. Francis Catholic Church. The Funeral Service will be live streamed via Palmer & Swank Funeral Home FaceBook page.
