VICTORIA NAHNSEN

Victoria Nahnsen, 73, of Fort Dodge, died Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Trinity Regional Medical Center. A private service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Deer Creek Chapel followed by a Celebration of Life reception at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2020, at the Community Room of Deer Creek Apartments.

Victoria Carol Carlson was born August 15, 1946. She attended Fort Dodge Senior High. She was briefly married to DeWayne Perdew and the couple later divorced. On Nov. 25, 1965, Vicky married Harvey Nahnsen and they divorced in 1988.

Survivors include her daughter Cindy Trapp of Ripon, WI, her sons Lance Nahnsen of Edgerton, WI, Philip (Shelby) McKenzie of Fredericksburg, VA, David Nahnsen of Roanoke, VA, and Steven Nahnsen of San Antonio, TX, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her siblings, Dennis Carlson of Fort Dodge, Diane Adaire (Tom Filloon) of Fort Dodge, Laura (Larry) Baldus of Lake Ozarks, MO, Pam (David) Sinnwell of Johnston, Ann Pingel of Fort Dodge and Eric Pingel of Fort Dodge.

Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Ardene and Vern Pingel and Oliver Carlson. In lieu of flowers, memorials be left to the discretion of the family.
