Survivors include her children Kolby (Amber) McLeod of Fort Dodge, Melissa McKinley of Fort Dodge, Austin McKinley of Waterloo, grandchildren Ryan and Adalynn, mother Carol Hollingshead of Ogden, aunt Marian Moore of Boone, cousins Samantha Murray, Scott Lebo and Jeremy Flockhart.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Norma Jean and Donald Gamedinger and uncle John Gamedinger.

Angela Kay Hollingshead was born December 17, 1974 in Boone. She was raised and educated there. Angela lived to be there for her children and grandchildren. Spending time with her family was always her first priority. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
