HARVEY “BEN” BJORNSON

HUMBOLDT — Harvey “Ben” Bjornson, 92 of Humboldt, passed away on Wednesday morning, November 20, 2019, at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge.

He is survived by his children, Mike (Pam) Bjornson, Marcia (Dr. Mark) Ecker, Dr. Beth Bjornson (Gary Visser), Cheryl (Dr. Doug) Yanik and Melanie (David) Graf, 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and his special friend, Ellie Ripee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma, sisters, Frances and Arlene and 3 grandchildren.

Visitation will start at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 23rd at St. Mary Catholic Church in Humboldt, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the church. Burial with military rites will be in St. Mary Cemetery Humboldt.
