DUNCOMBE — Ruth Ball, 102, of Webster City formerly of Duncombe, died Monday, August 12, 2019 at Crestview Senior Living. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019 with a Celebration of Life to follow at Foster Funeral & Cremation Center with Pastor Jeff Flagg, officiating. Burial will be in the Washington Township Cemetery in Duncombe.
