DAYTON — Imogene D. Hanson, 95, of Day­ton, Iowa, passed away on Sun­day, June 2, 2019, at the Gowrie Nur­s­ing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Dayton. Pastor Lissa Kahl will officiate. Military Rites will be conducted by the Peterson American Legion Post #323. Visitation will be Thursday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Carson – Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton. Survivors include her children, Earl (Georgene) Hanson of Dayton, Iowa, Kathy (Roger) Taylor of Fort Dodge, Iowa, Karen (Doug) Hahn of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Marlan (Deb) Hanson of Harcourt, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Loretta Hansen of Carroll, Iowa.

In addition to her husband Emory, she was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
