PLOVER — Allan L. Minkler, 69, of Plover, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at the Villa Care Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019, at the Hope United Methodist Church in Havelock, Iowa with Rev. Kris Frank officiating. Burial will follow at Powhatan Cemetery near Plover, Iowa. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m., Friday, May 24, 2019, at Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa.
