VERNON D. GREBNER

DAKOTA CITY — Vernon D. Grebner, 82, of Dakota City, passed away on Monday morning, December 17, 2018 at the Humboldt Care Center North.

He is survived by his wife, Jean, his children, Michael (Lori) Grebner, Deborah Krause, Cynthia (Scott) Barrick and Lisa (Jim) Harvey, nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, his sister, Nadine Hockel and his sister-in-law, Loretta Grebner and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Shirley Byers, brother, Richard Grebner and brother-in-law’s Jack Gibbs, Virgil Byers and Duane Hockel.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. Service of Remembrance on Thursday, December 20th at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt.
