WEBSTER CITY — Delores Balsley, 85, of Webster City, died Monday, August 6, 2018 at her home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Cass Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
