HUMBOLDT — Gerald Schulze, 84, of Humboldt, passed away April 13, 2018 at the Humboldt Care Center North. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Faith United Methodist Church in Humboldt. Burial will be in Indian Mound Cemetery, Humboldt with full military rites by Adams American Legion Post 119 and Sathers-Odgaard VFW Post 5240. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt.
Gerald is survived by his eight sons, Mike Schulze of Grinnell, Dale Schulze of Des Moines, Dennis Schulze of Marengo, Mitch Schulze of Indianola, Jerry Schulze of Council Bluffs, Kevin Schulze of Huxley, Robert Humpal of Mills, WY, and Bill Humpal of Torrance, CA; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Wanda Schulze of Humboldt and Phyllis Schulze of Phoenix, AZ. Hhe was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Inez, and brother, Jack Schulze.
