CROSSLAKE, Minn. – Johanna Thelma Wille, 89, of Crosslake, MN passed away on April 10th, daughter of Berge and Magdalene Haugen. She graduated from Iowa’s Fort Dodge High School in 1942. She is preceded in death by her high school sweetheart, Nielan Fredrick Wille.

Johanna enjoyed camping and boating with the Suburban Boating Club of Minneapolis, square dancing, and singing in her church choir. She will be remembered as loving, quick witted, and humorous.

She is survived by four children: Colin Wille, of Robbinsdale, MN; Kevin Wille, of Ogden, UT; Martha Jo Roberts of Duluth, MN; and Thomas Wille, of Ocala, FL; 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her siblings: Silvia Chadwick of VA, Margaret Fevold of IA, Mervin Haugen of IA, Martha Gustafson of MN.

The family invites you to the memorial service at the Crosslake Lutheran Church in Crosslake, MN on April 28 starting at 10 am.

She will be rejoined with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, in Minneapolis.
