Fort Dodge man charged with indecent exposure with child

A Fort Dodge man appeared in Webster County Magistrate Court Wednesday to face charges of indecent exposure and indecent contact with a child.
Fort Dodge police arrested Thomas Schuck, 25, after a Tuesday incident in which it’s alleged that Schuck exposed himself to a child related to him.
Criminal complaints say the child described Schuck grabbing and exposing his “private parts” to her, attempting to engage her in a lascivious act.
Indecent contact with a child is an aggravated misdemeanor, punishable by up to two years in jail. Indecent exposure is a serious misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in prison.
