Dayton power outages caused by wind

DAYTON — Power outages in Dayton on Friday afternoon were likely caused by high winds, according to City Clerk Sara Pieper.

Several reports of electricity being out around the southern Webster County town were made on Friday. According to Pieper, the city did turn to its backup generator and crews were working on fixing any issues.
