Webster County COVID numbers reported
According to the Iowa Department of Public Health’s website, over the last seven days, Webster County has reported 82 positive COVID-19 cases.
Of the tests performed in Webster County in that time, 5 percent have been positive.
The largest percentage of cases by age is 36 percent being ages 80 and above, followed by 29 percent of cases being in ages 18 to 29.
Since the pandemic began, there have been 6,084 COVID cases in Webster County.
The Department of Public Health reported that there have been 100 deaths in the county due to COVID-19.
Across the state of Iowa over the last seven days, 8 percent of COVID-19 tests have been positive.
