Noon Lions to hold food drive to support The Lord’s Cupboard
A drive-by food drive to support The Lord’s Cupboard will be held Wednesday by the Fort Dodge Noon Lions Club.
Food donations will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lions Den, 731 Exposition Drive, according to an announcement from the club. Anyone wishing to donate canned goods or paper products can put them on a table set up in the driveway.
Any food item or paper products will be accepted. Donations of canned fruit, canned vegetables, soups, ingredients for simple meals and toilet paper are especially needed.
Social distancing will be practiced during the food drive.
All donated items will be taken to The Lord’s Cupboard shortly after 1 p.m.
