The major item the council will consider on Monday is a contract for new sanitary sewers, water mains and storm sewers in the vicinity of Duncombe Elementary School, 1620 Sixth Ave. N. Rasch Construction Inc., of Fort Dodge, has submitted the apparent low bid of about $3.4 million.
