Street closure due to clock tower project
South Seventh Street next to the Webster County Courthouse will be closed Monday as the project to restore the building’s clock tower begins.
The section of South Seventh Street between Central Avenue and the alley to the south of the courthouse will remain closed until November, according to the Fort Dodge city engineering staff.
Also, no parking will be allowed on Central Avenue in front of the courthouse.
Sidewalks around the courthouse will be closed or covered during construction.
