Man on work release arrested
A man on work release accused of not showing up for his job has been arrested.
Lawrence Tyndall, 37, who was on work release at the Fort Dodge Residential Correctional Facility, allegedly didn’t show up to his job on Friday.
He made his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court Saturday morning.
At his initial appearance, Tyndall was released on his own recognizance by Magistrate William Thatcher on the condition that he continue living at the residential facility, 311 First Ave. S.
Tyndall was released to the facility in March after serving time for voluntary manslaughter out of Woodbury County.
