Supervisors candidate forum will be held Thursday
Well-informed Webster People will host a public forum with the Webster County Supervisor candidates at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Light of the City Conference Center, 2175 180th St., north of Boehringer Ingelheim and south of Willow Ridge.
Rod Halvorson, Democrat, and Supervisor Merrill Leffler, Republican, will give opening statements, answer questions from the audience and give closing statements. Halverson and Leffler are running for District 4 Supervisor.
Prior to that, District 1 Supervisor Keith Dencklau has been invited to speak for 10 minutes. Dencklau is running unopposed.
