A Harcourt man already awaiting trial for several sexual offenses received additional charges this week in Webster County District Court.

Matthew J. Davis, 42, was charged with two additional counts of third-degree sexual abuse, class C felonies, and two counts of incest, class D felonies.

He was previously charged with five counts of third-degree sexual abuse and five counts of incest in Septmenber 2021.

On the initial charges, Davis was held on a $95,000 cash-only bond.

Webster County Magistrate Judge Sarah Livingston set an additional $110,000 bond for the new charges.

Davis is currently scheduled to go to trial for the initial charges on March 22.
