Fort Dodge firefighters get in position after a fire erupted in a garage. The fire was reported at about 9:15 p.m. It contained some fireworks as various colors sparkled as they exploded into the air. It wasn’t clear as of press time what other contents may have been in the garage. No one appeared to be home at the time. No injuries were reported. Flames spread to another nearby garage causing damage. The fire remains under investigation.
