FORT DODGE — Soldier Creek Winery, 1584 Paragon Ave., is holding Vineyard Vibrations from 6 to 8 p.m. TODAY. Free live music will be provided by Lojo Russo. Food will be available for purchase.

FORT DODGE — Blanden Memorial Art Museum, 920 Third Ave. S., is holding Pottery & Tea from 2 to 4 p.m. SATURDAY. The class size is limited to 15 participants and students 13 years and older. This class features a variety of ceramic forms ready for you to choose from and glaze. All materials are provided. Cost is $20 per person.

FORT DODGE — Eggs & Issues legislative forum is 8:30 to 10 a.m. SATURDAY in the BioScience and Health Sciences Building on the Iowa Central Community College campus. The forum is free.

FORT DODGE — Tank Anthony Band will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. SATURDAY at River Hops Brewing, 1014 Central Ave.

FORT DODGE — The Luther College Nordic Choir, conducted by Andrew Last, will perform a concert at 4 p.m. SUNDAY at First United Methodist Church, 127 N. 10th St. The concert is open to the public and no tickets are required. A freewill offering will be accepted. The Fort Dodge Senior High Choir will make a guest appearance at the beginning of the concert.

FORT DODGE — Holy Trinity Parish roast beef dinner is 4 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY at Corpus Christi Center, 405 N. Eighth St. The meal includes roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, dinner roll, dessert and beverage. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children ages 5 to 11. Takeouts will be available.

FORT DODGE — Webster County Conservation is holding cross country skiing at Camp WaNoKi, 2401 WaNoKi Camp Road, at 5 p.m. TODAY and 2 p.m. SATURDAY. Ski boots, skis and poles will be provided. Participants should bring a headlamp for night skiing. Warm clothing layers are required. Snowshoes will be available. Those attending should meet at the Camp WaNoKi Lodge. Naturalist Karen Hansen will guide the group through the woods and near the river. There is no fee for this family oriented event. Freewill offerings will be accepted.

WEBSTER CITY — The Kendall Young Library, Webster City, will present the movie “Abominable” from 10:30 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the library.

EMMETSBURG — Emmetsburg Dance Team soup supper is 5 to 7 p.m. TODAY at the Emmetsburg High School. Chicken noodle soup or chili, cinnamon roll and drink will be served. Tickets are $5 for age 6 years and over and $3 for age 5 years and under.

DAYTON — Dayton Wranglers Pony Express Dance is 7:30 p.m. to midnight SATURDAY at the Best Western Starlite Village Inn and Suites, 1518 Third Ave. NW. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tyler Richton & the High Bank Boys will perform beginning at 7:30 p.m. There will be raffles and a live auction. Children are welcome, but ages 17 and under must be out of the dance/bar area by 10 p.m. per state law. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 17 and under. All proceeds benefit Handicapped Camp Sunnyside.

HARCOURT — Faith Lutheran Church, Harcourt, is holding a soup lunch and bake sale from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. SUNDAY at the church. The menu is homemade chicken noodle, vegetable beef, chili, relishes, beverage and dessert for a freewill offering.

GOWRIE — Kautzky Lazy Ike Show is noon to 2 p.m. SATURDAY at the Gowrie Fire Station. There will be displays of Lazy Ike lures, information about the value and history of the lures and reminiscing of Kautzky Sporting Goods store and the Fort Dodge factory.
