SAC CITY — A Sac City man is charged with possession and delivery of methamphetamine, while a woman at the same residence is charged with forgery, according to Sac County law enforcement officers.

The Sac City Police Department served a warrant at 605 Morningside Drive on Dec. 13.

During the search, officers found about 20 grams of meth and about 6 grams of marijuana.

Jesse Hutton is charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance over 5 grams, a class B felony; and possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.

Police seized Hutton’s pickup truck.

Also charged is Kathryn Kascsak is charged with one count of forgery, an aggravated misdemeanor.

Hutton and Kascsak were booked into the Sac County Jail.

The Sac County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Sac City Police Department in its investigation.
