The initial appearance for Joshua Pendleton, 36, of Fort Dodge for first degree homicide and burglary charges in the death of Rev. Al Henderson Wednesday afternoon has been continued until Friday morning.

The continuance was to allow the court to appoint the Nevada Public Defender’s office to represent Pendleton.
