FORT DODGE — Farmers Market is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. SATURDAY in the northwest corner of the Crossroads Mall parking lot.

FORT DODGE — Ja-Mar Cruise is 5 to 9 p.m. TODAY at Ja-Mar Drive In, 329 S. 25th St. Registration is free and door prizes will be given away. The event is free and open to the public.

FORT DODGE — Friendship Haven presents Hilltop Fest from 6 to 10 p.m. TODAY at 420 Kenyon Road. The event will feature Dueling Pianos. Tickets are $25 per person or two for $40 and may be purchased at the Friendship Haven Welcome Center.

FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Federated Garden Club Flower Show “Dream a Cottage Life” is 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. SATURDAY and noon to 4 p.m. SUNDAY at Crossroads Mall. The show is free and open to the public.

FORT DODGE — The third annual Tee’d Off! Against Violence Golf Tournament is SATURDAY at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course, 1417 Nelson Ave. The four person best-ball tournament begins at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start. Cost is $240 per team or $60 per person. There will be a silent auction and prizes awarded. All proceeds benefit the Homicide/Other Violent Crimes program of DSAOC. WEBSTER CITY — The Kendall Young Library, Webster City, will present the movie “Gnomeo & Juliet” from 10:30 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the library.

LAKE VIEW — Stone Pier Summer Concert series presents Brad Morgan with special guest Royce Johns at 5 p.m. SATURDAY at Black Hawk Lake. There is no admission charge. Concertgoers are allowed to bring food and beverages to the picnic-style performances. Food is available for sale with all proceeds directly benefitting the concert series.

RUTHVEN — Palo Alto County Conservation is hosting Beach Fun Day from 1 to 3 p.m. SATURDAY at the Lost Island Beach, Ruthven. There will be sand challenges and water escapades. The event is free. Register by calling (712) 837-4866 or online at https://paloaltoccb.org/events/beach-fun-day/.

HARCOURT — Harcourt Appreciation Day is SATURDAY in Harcourt. The parade begins at 1:30 p.m., followed by food and games in the park, car show at 2 p.m., silent auction and T-shirt sale benefitting the Harcourt Fire Department and freewill offering chicken or pork patty supper at 5 p.m.

BADGER — Badgerfest is 10 a.m. to midnight SATURDAY in Badger. There will be a parade, horse and pony rides, bouncy house, face painting, food and craft vendors, inflatable miniature golf, karaoke, softball tournaments, water fight, rock wall climbing, greased pig contest and live music beginning at 5 p.m. There will also be an outdoor service at Badger Lutheran Church at 9 a.m. SUNDAY.

HARCOURT — Harcourt Citywide Garage Sales are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. TODAY and 8 a.m. to noon SATURDAY.
