DICKINSON COUNTY — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 24-year-old Vincent “Vinnie” Harvey, a 2014 graduate of St. Edmond High School and former Iowa Central Community College standout athlete.

Harvey was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night near the docks at Parks Marina on Lake Okoboji, according to the official Facebook page for the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office is working with the Spirit Lake Fire Department and the Arnolds Park/Okoboji Underwater Search and Rescue Dive Team, searching both land and water around the area Harvey was last seen, a lieutenant from the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday evening.

Harvey, the son of Joe and Kelly Harvey, is St. Edmond’s all-time wins leader in wrestling and was the 2014 state wrestling runner-up. He played football and wrestled for Iowa Central before graduating in 2016.
