FDCSD renews contract with Access Systems
The Fort Dodge Community School District board on Monday renewed a contract with the firm that provides the schools with items like copy machines and printers.
The board approved a five-year agreement with Access Systems, of Fort Dodge.
The district’s monthly base payment will be $4,985.
Brandon Hansel, FDCSD director of financial services, said the district will save about $12,000 per year under the new agreement.
He said the schools will get new copy machines and printers.
“This covers all of the devices throughout the district,” Hansel said.
The district’s total device count has also been reduced.
“We consolidated a few,” Hansel said.
