First American Bank branches in FD purchased
First American Bank branches in Fort Dodge and the Des Moines area are being purchased by a credit union.
Executives of the bank and GreenState Credit Union announced a purchase agreement late Tuesday afternoon. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pending regulatory approval, the transaction will close in the fourth quarter of this year.
