Clark convicted of first-degree robbery
Cletio Clark was convicted of first-degree robbery Friday in Webster County District Court after jurors deliberated for less than 30 minutes.
Clark, 29, of Fort Dodge, was convicted of robbing the Fort Dodge Applebee’s, 2810 Fifth Ave. S., early in the morning on Sept. 30.
Clark’s sentencing has been set for March 25 at 1:30 p.m.
He is being held without bond.
