What products and services do you provide?

We offer a variety of garage doors and operators to accommodate any style or size our customers are looking for. Overhead Door provides installation and service for all of our prducts, which also include dock doors and security gates. We work on any and all garage doors and openers. Overhead Door provides service for Webster County and 13 surrounding counties and we offer 24/7 service.

What are you doing differently to serve customers during the pandemic?

We closed our front office to the public to help keep our customers and employees safe. We took care of our walk-in customers by having them call the office from their vehicle and an employee went out to their vehicle to assist them.

At job sites, we requested our customers refrain from being in the area where we were working until our work was completed.

We have since reopened our front office. All our technicians have hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, masks and gloves in their service truck.

What is the biggest challenge your business has overcome recently?

Some of our supply chains for our products got interrupted and one of our plants closed. Keeping all the employees working a normal work week was challenging. We were having trouble getting products in a timely fashion, so we had to really work on making jobs come together to keep everything on schedule and making sure all of the jobs were completed on time.

What is the biggest success your business has experienced recently?

We are extremely proud that we have several IDEA (Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation) certified master technicians which include Jerry Osborne, Kelly Weideman, David Osborne, and Matt Osborne.

In addition, the highest award presented to distributorship for sales is the Eagle Award, which we have earned several over the years.
