Josh Lowery, then 17, whitewashes the handicapped-accessible hunting blind he’s building for his Eagle Scout project. He and his fellow scouts from Boy Scout Troop 8 volunteered their time to erect the blind. Lowery hoped it would bring people to the outdoors who may not have had the opportunity before.
