In honor of the men and women who served and continue to serve our country, the students at Fort Dodge Senior High want to say thank you. FDSH will honor and salute local veterans during a Veteran’s Day program at 8:45 a.m. Friday in the high school gym.

Area veterans and their families are invited to this program. Parking will be available on the west side of the high school in the new auxiliary gym parking lot. Veterans are asked to wear their uniforms if possible. Cookies and coffee will be served in the cafeteria from 8:15 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

“This is an opportunity for our students at Fort Dodge Senior High to honor and thank the individuals in our community who served our country and fought for our freedoms,” said Matt Elsbecker, FDSH Activities Director. “We hope area veterans will join us for this special program in their honor.”
