The Fort Dodge Community School District in collaboration with the Fort Dodge Schools Foundation, will host a meet and greet with Dr. Jesse Ulrich, the new superintendent, on Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. at the new Duncombe Elementary, 1620 Sixth Ave. N.

This Meet and Greet will be an opportunity for Dodger parents and members of the community to meet and get to know Ulrich. Ulrich will speak briefly at approximately 7:20 a.m. Directors of district departments will also be in attendance.

“I’m excited to begin my journey with the Fort Dodge Community Schools, and look forward to this opportunity to meet some of the families and members of the community that I serve,” said Ulrich.

Parents and community members are encouraged to attend any time, as a come-and-go format will be used.
