McFadden receives SHIIP certification
Rhonda McFadden, financial advocate for the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge has completed SHIIP training and is now a certified SHIIP counselor.
SHIIP which stands for Senior Health Insurance Information Program is a free, confidential service of the State of Iowa Insurance Division.
McFadden is able to assist patients and non-patients of the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge with Medicare open enrollment including Medicare Part D enrollment. Last year SHIIP helped Iowans save $26 million on drug costs by comparing plans.
