Jennifer Blomker, registered nurse, has accepted the position of Catalyst Neighborhood director and assisted director of nursing at Friendship Haven.

In her new role, Blomker will be responsible for planning, monitoring progress, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations in the Simpson Health Center.

She will also be responsible for the leadership, supervision and overall management of Catalyst, Friendship Haven’s transitional care neighborhood. Joining Friendship Haven in 2018, she most recently served Friendship Haven as the staff development coordinator.

Blomker received her RN license from North Iowa Area Community College. Her prior professional experience includes Mercy Medical Center — North Iowa, UnityPoint Health’s Berryhill Center, and UnityPoint Hospice.
