Toni Kerns, of Rockwell City, right; Darlene Nicholson, left; and Marci Duncan (not pictured), of Lake City; received a Governor’s Volunteer Award from Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg during a special recognition ceremony held July 16 in Storm Lake. Kerns, Nicholson, and Duncan were selected for individual awards by Stewart Memorial Community Hospital for their work with the SMCH Auxiliary.
