Empowerment Gathering for teens and women is Saturday
Marisa Hamilton, owner of The Artist’s Warehouse at Crossroads Mall, and Carress Bjorklund are hosting the first Teen Ladies and Women Empowerment Gathering from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at The Artist’s Warehouse. The purpose of this event is to inspire culture and diversity in the community for women. There will be guest speakers who are women of local businesses in Fort Dodge. There will be vocal performances, poetry reading, testimonies, food and fellowship. The event is about bringing unity to teens and women. Tickets are $5 per person.
