Hawkeye is holding auditions
Auditions for the August production of “The Movie Game” at Hawkeye Community Theatre will take place at 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday in the basement of Hawkeye Community Theatre, 521 N. 12th St.
The show calls for five males and four females. The story surrounds Jack Goldberg, an unemployed movie-lover who finds himself in a mid-life crisis. Jack agrees to see “the therapist to the stars” who suggests an uncanny therapeutic exercise — play the lead in his own romantic comedy.
