Learn to make healthy meals at home with ISU Extension program

POCAHONTAS — Many people find it challenging to prepare healthy meals. Several factors, including perceived lack of time and decreased kitchen skills, contribute to this challenge. ISU Extension and Outreach in Pocahontas County is hosting a program that will help participants learn ways to overcome these challenges.

The Healthy and Homemade, program dates are:

• Cook Now, Enjoy Later at 6 p.m. on March 13.

• Veg Out at 6 p.m. on April 10.

All programs will last approximately one hour. Cost is $10 for the series.
