Pocahontas Extension has youth events
POCAHONTAS – ISU Extension and Outreach Pocahontas County have planned several summer events for the youth of Pocahontas County. If you want to get your child enrolled in any of the events please contact the Extension office at 712-335-3103. Most camps and events have limited space, so if you would like your child to attend sign up as soon as possible. The events are not limited to just 4-H’ers, unless stated. The next summer camp to be offered:
Food Safety and Quality Assurance – June 10, 1 p.m. at the Extension office. All youths exhibiting livestock at the 2016 Pocahontas County Fair must be FSQA certified.
