Stonecroft Women’s Connection invites all area women to “Goodies Galore” brunch, 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave. S. Cost is $10 inclusive.

Special speaker will be Rita Weber, from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, sharing her story “DOADestined On Arrival.”

A singer, songwriter, and award-winning humorous speaker, Weber shares how she took advantage of adversity. She earned second place in the Toastmaster International Humorous Speech Competition, and competed in the 2010 Toastmasters International World Championship of Public Speaking.

A special feature will be a fundraiser cookie walk. Anyone who would like to participate in the cookie walk can take goodies to the meeting.
