LEHIGH — George and Margie Gilliland, of Lehigh, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Friends and family are welcome to gather from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Senior Center, 114 Main St., Lehigh.

Their family includes Teresa Gilliland, of Salisbury, Maryland; Karen Gilliland, of Kansas City, Kansas; Wendy Gilliland, of Kansas City, Kansas; and Holly and Joel Stark, of Detroit, Michigan. They have two grandchildren.

Margie Saah and George Gilliland were married Aug. 30, 1969, at St. Catherine Laboure Church, Wheaton, Maryland.
