Sylvia Walters

Sylvia Marie Walters, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 85th birthday Monday.

Her family includes husband Thomas J. Walters; Diane Debruin, of Fort Dodge; Colleen Calder, of Las Vegas, Nevada; Kris and Mike Rial, of Fort Dodge; Donna Sullivan, of Fort Dodge; Roxanne and Steven Shaw, of Las Vegas, Nevada; and Patty Walters, of Rockwell City. She has 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. One grandson and one great-granddaughter are deceased.

Sylvia Vigdal was born July 29, 1934, at Armstrong. She retired from Globe Union after 20 years.
