FD’s Brayton returning to Iowa for event

WINTERSET — Fort Dodge native Justin Brayton will be returning to Iowa this month to hold a special event.

Brayton, an Arenacross veteran, will be in Winterset June 23-24 for the inaugural JB10 Racing Experience and Justin Brayton Shootout. The event is at the Riverside Raceway.

“It’s something I’ve had on my mind for a long time,” Brayton said. “I’m stoked it’s come together.”

The Justin Brayton Shootout will be a 12-lap race with teams of two riders each. Teammates will be drawn randomly, with one person getting the opportunity to race with Brayton himself.

“It’s going to be a super fun weekend,” Brayton added.

Dinner and a question-and-answer session with Brayton will take place after the shootout.

The JB10 Racing Experience includes racing school with Brayton and his mechanic, as they will help each rider reach their goals as a racer on the track. Brayton will offer his insight into racing and share his experiences.

Along with the racing school, those who purchase a ticket for the event will race go-karts with Brayton at MB2 Raceway in Grimes and have dinner with him.
