How can they do this?

Can anyone please tell me how you can support candidates that have to LIE to get re-elected. Both Helen Miller and Daryl Beall Literature state that they have balanced the budget with out raising taxes. This is a LIE, What about the Cigarette taxes, underfunding of the schools, underfunding the property tax credit, underfunding mental health aide, increased the fees for traffic violations,increased the fees for vehicle registration, and added fees to casual sale of ATV's. I can find some more if that is not enough.
