Ask Marilyn: What Makes Marilyn Laugh?

Marilyn: What kind of humor do you enjoy most?

Marilyn responds:

I don't know! I can tell you what I don't like, though, at least not much. I usually don?t enjoy stand-up, which often seems contrived and out of context. But I actually dislike slapstick, which I find stupid and boring. Worst of all are puns. I won't tell you how I feel about those!

In general, sitcoms have the most potential for me, despite the laugh tracks. Seinfeld was a favorite so much that I forgive them for the final episode, which was just awful!
