Fulton fired three TD passes in the first quarter alone, hitting Jackson Petz on a 16-yarder, Brady Roland for 56 and Davion Hurst from 35.

After Drake closed to 38-22 in the fourth quarter, Fulton hit Roland on a fourth-and-9 play from 30 yards.
